Yes Alan I am working on integrating larger slideshows with the main blog and this is a start on it. And yes, that was her sister Pat. And yes too, it is good to remember Marge as being healthy and happy. She was most of her life, though of course we did have “words” on occasion as I think most couples do. I have added a link to this slide show post in the regular posts and as I get time, I will add more slideshows and take them off the main post. My daughter Ingrid made a comment that she would like to see bigger images on the slide shows than the ones at the far right which are fingernail size. Thanks for following me.

Hey, I follow because we enjoy hearing about life. about your other post, the rain gutters, my family lived in Spring Valley NY, my parents had a home there, so yes I know about rain gutters and ice, and unblocking it. As a teenager I would hold the later as my dad did the real work.

Small world isn’t it. I got another comment along the same line on an e-mail about having a home in Vermont that was build “California Style” and the rain gutter was, like mine, too close to the roof line with the same trouble with an ice dam that I had. Nothing new under the sun I guess.
